Definition
In settlement, this distributes the costs incurred on a sender, according to the cost element, and then settles the costs to different receivers.
Source structures consist of more than one source assignment. In a source assignment, you group all the debit cost elements together that use the same rules, and are to be distributed after settlement.
You can no longer change source structures if:
- There are distribution rules that are assigned to a source assignment in the structure.
- These rules were already used in a settlement.
