Definition

The following variants for sorting the line item information are
offered:

1. Sorting by the company code, tax type, tax code, posting date and posting period, document number and transaction key.
2. Sorting by company code, tax type, tax code, transaction key, posting date and posting period, document number.
3. Sorting by company code, tax type and document number.
4. Sorting by receipt number (this is stored in the document header, along with the receipt type and issue date). For example;
   4236351 0213 1996/12/17
   If there are no entries in the document header text, the document is notdisplayed in the list. If the receipt issue date is not in the document header text, the system takes the document date. The tax code parameter then controls under which tax code the customer/vendor tax number is stored. You must also maintain the company code tax number in the additional specifications for the company code.

Use

Since variant 1 contains the document context, it is proposed as a default. Variant 3 is required by law in Belgium. Variant 4 is used for output tax control in China.
