Definition

The total sales are the total of period sales in the master record general sales segment for individual customers/vendors and head offices with centrally processed branches.

For other customers or vendors, the sales are determined from the sales-related open items. This procedure can only have a limited informative value, however, the sales segment of the master record can not be used (for example, one-time customers/one-time vendors) and the determination is also problematic due to the open and cleared items.
