Person responsible for carrying out the comparison and agreement of business volumes.
Use
Upon expiration of the validity period of a rebate arrangement, the partners to the arrangement can compare and reconcile there business volume figures. If no such process takes place, the vendor business volumes are taken from the current cumulative data for the purposes of final settlement.
