Quantity that has already been withdrawn from the issuing storage location but has not yet arrived at the receiving storage location.
This stock in transfer contains the quantity being transferred as the result of transfer postings in Inventory Management, but not the quantity being transferred on the basis of stock transport orders.
Procedure
Until its arrival, the system manages this material as stock in transfer of the receiving storage location.
