Definition
Using this indicator, you can control the scope of the statistical setup in Purchasing.
This is valid for up to three different application areas and the following steps:
- The statistical setup of information structures from purchasing documents,
- The statistical setup of information structures of subsequent settlement,
- The statistical information structure for document adjustment of purchasing documents (purchase orders, scheduling agreement).
Use
By not setting an indicator, the updating of the relevant data to the Purchasing Information System is prevented even if the relevant information structure is chosen in the selection screen.
Reports RWMBON08 and RWMBON38, which allow for an agreement-oriented statistical setup, can be used for the statistical setup of information structures of the subsequent settlement. Use the report RMCENEUA for statistical setup in exceptional cases only. Note that a statistical setup of sales data usually will cause a statistical setup of revenue (reports RWMBON07 and RWMBON37).
The information structures that belong to update group 000029 (S074, S015 (if active), and possibly customer-defined structures) are updated in the subsequent settlement.
The report RMEBEIN3 can be used for the statistical setup of information structure S111 for document adjustment of purchasing documents. The report RMCENEUA is used when a statistical setup that includes several application areas should be executed.
