Definition
This amount is the base amount for valuation used for every valuation method.
Under individual value adjustment for example, the discounted local currency amount is used as the base amount (entry: Method 3, basis =2).
Under discounting, the result of the foreign currency valuation is used (entry: Method = 2, basis = 1).
If no entries exist, the local currency amount is used.
