Definition

The Unemployment Insurance Act 1971 requires an employee to
pay weekly premiums for every week of insurable employment.
A pay week is defined as "a period of seven consecutive days
or any one of two or more such consecutive periods, the last
of which ends on the employer's payroll ending date".

This field identifies if the employee is subject to UIC
premiums. The indicators are:
* 0 - Do not tax and do not accumulate taxable wages
* 1 - Tax and accumulate wages. (Pay Frequency Min/Max)
* 2 - Tax and accumulate wages. (Annual Formula Min/Max)
