Definition
Externally assigned, alphanumeric name uniquely identifying a transfer profile.
Use
Transfer profiles act as time-savers. You can use the same transfer profile again and again to transfer data from Sales & Operations Planning to Demand Management.
Transfer profiles are created in the Customizing step Transfer profiles or under Settings -> Mass processing.
You create and schedule a job to transfer data to Demand Management under Planning -> Mass processing.
Dependencies
When you create a job for mass processing, you must specify an activity. Activities are defined either in the Customizing step Activities or under Settings -> Mass processing.
