Documentation
Definition
Specifies the minimum time period in days that a business object has to remain in the operational system before the system includes its data in an archiving or deletion run.
Use
Dependencies
The Archiving Engine determines the standard residence time that you have set in the IMG activity Configure Archiving Engine for each business object, and the individual residence time that you have entered in the IMG activity Define Residence Time Determination.
If the individual residence time or the standard residence time is less than the minimum residence time, the system uses the minimum residence time. The minimum residence time is the lower limit for all business objects processed in the analysis phase.
