Definition
A directory set is a list of physical file paths. The system combines these file paths with logical filenames into complete physical file names. You must specify a file path for each extension file. Extension files are automatically created when a data file exceeds the globally-specified maximum file size.
The same path can be listed several times, depending on the capacity of the underlying hardware.
