Definition
In Risk Management the evaluation type controls the assignment of financial instruments to the respective market prices (e.g. currency rates, yield curves, security prices, ...) and calculation methods.
You specify the evaluation type each time you start an evaluation.
You need to enter default settings for the evaluation type. The respective price calculator uses these if no exceptions are defined.
In addition, the evaluation type controls the online data feed connection.
