Definition

A corporate action can have the following statuses:

0 Corporate action is planned.

1 Corporate action is activated, but not posted in any company code.

2 Corporate action is activated and posted in at least one company code. No flows are reversed in any company code.

3 Corporate action is activated. Posted and reversed flows exist in at least one company code.

4 Corporate action is activated. All posted flows are reversed.

5 Corporate action is deactivated. All posted flows are reversed.

You can change planned corporate actions but not post them. You can post activated corporate actions but not change them. You can neither post nor change deactivated corporate actions.
