Documentation
Definition
According to the new franchise fee regulation (valid since 07/31/1999), you can differentiate between residential and nonresidential customers depending on their consumption.
To be considered a nonresidential customer, a customer must consume more than 30,000 kWh and must twice achieve a demand of more than 30 KW.
The values of 30,000 kWh and 30 KW are the maximum values that are currently valid. A municipality and a utilities company can agree on lower limits. The demand does not have to be measured.
In this field you can define an individual limit for the consumption.
