Definition
Alternative language-independent technical name that is specified for each event type in addition to the technical ID (key). Only the text of the alias appears on the display (input help) and not the technical ID.
Use
Dependencies
The alias can be changed subsequently and is not a part of the key for tables.
Foreign key relationships to the alias fields are used to form relationships between objects (e.g. time is related to the location).
