Definition
The revaluation of local currency amounts into a foreign currency takes place with the exchange rate defined here. Otherwise the average rate is used for translation. If, for example, the local currency of USD is to be translated into Lire at a rate of 1.70, then by entering this exchange rate the system determines that 1.70 USD are to be translated into 1000 Lire.
Your system is configured in such a way that it expects:
- No prefix (leading sign) for direct rates
- No prefix for indirect rates
