Definition
The revaluation of foreign currency amounts into the local currency of the company code takes place with the exchange rate defined here. Otherwise the average rate is used for translation. If, for example, Lire are translated into the local currency of USD at a rate of 1.70, then by entering this exchange rate the system determines that 1000 Lire are to be evaluated with 1.70 USD.
Your system is configured in such a way that it expects:
- No prefix (leading sign) for direct rates
- No prefix for indirect rates
