Supplementary Documentation - TSPID 0001
Use
The valuation rule for employee data is a module which is used to calculate a time specification, such as the length of service in a company.
A valuation rule is based on a specific infotype. However, the calculation of a time specification is usually based on the valuation of several infotypes. Several valuation rules are therefore combined to a valuation model. The valuation model together with a rounding rule is the calculation rule for a time specification.
A time specification can, for example, be the length of service in a company.

Procedure
Specify the valuation rules which the valuation model comprises.
Choose suitable valuation rules.
Examples
Dependencies
You must first define the required valuation rules.

Use
If you select this indicator, the following customizing settings are activated or deactivated in the correction:
- Settings for splitting (TSC0A/TSC0B/TSC0D/TSC0E/TSC0F/TSC0G/TSC0H)
Procedure
- To include the settings in the correction request number specified, choose Include in Correction.
- To remove the settings from the correction request, choose Delete from Correction.
In both cases the system may display a screen on which you can restrict your selection of entries to be transported (by controlling area or chart of accounts, for example).

A valuation model together with a rounding rule defines a calculation rule for a time specification. A time specification can, for example, be the length of service in a company.
A valuation model is a combination of valuation rules. A valuation rule interprets a specific infotype. The calculation of a time specification, however, is usually based on the valuation of several infotypes. Several valuation rules are therefore combined to a valuation model.
Procedure
Specify which valuation models you want to use.

Use
If you select this indicator, the following customizing settings are activated or deactivated in the correction:
- Statistical key figures (TKA03/TKT03)
Procedure
- To include the settings in the correction request number specified, choose Include in Correction.
- To remove the settings from the correction request, choose Delete from Correction.
In both cases the system may display a screen on which you can restrict your selection of entries to be transported (by controlling area or chart of accounts, for example).
Caution
The transport of master data (cost elements, cost centers, activity types, statistical key figures) occurs in two steps:
- Firstly, in the target system, the system deletes any master data in the same controlling area or in the same chart of accounts.
- Then it imports the master data contained in the correction request.
If you have already created master data in the target system either manually or through a different transport, this data is lost when you execute the current transport.
As the master data is not deleted in the target system, but the transaction data is deleted, transport to a system that is not empty can lead to inconsistencies. It is therefore safer to maintain the master data manually in the target system.
Example
You have manually created cost centers in controlling area 0001 in the target system. You want to transport cost centers in controlling area 0001 from the Customizing client to the target system.
- When you execute the transport, the system deletes the manually created cost centers in the target system.
- The new cost centers are then imported into the target system.

Use
If you select this indicator, the following customizing settings are activated or deactivated in the correction:
- Controlling area: control indicators (TKA00)
Procedure
- To include the settings in the correction request number specified, choose Include in Correction.
- To remove the settings from the correction request, choose Delete from Correction.
In both cases the system may display a screen on which you can restrict your selection of entries to be transported (by controlling area or chart of accounts, for example).

Definition
Indicator for process messages with test function.
Use
With this indicator, you specify that only process messages are displayed which have been created for test purposes.

Definition
Indicator for control recipes with test function.
Use
You use this indicator to specify that the system should only display control recipes with test function.

Definition
Indicator for process messages with test function.
Dependencies
Messages with this indicator are not sent. However they are displayed in the message monitor.

Definition
Indicator for PI sheets with test function.
Dependencies
PI sheets with this indicator can be also be deleted if processing is not yet complete.
Supplementary Documentation - TSTLA 0001
Use
If you select this indicator, the following customizing settings are activated or deactivated in the correction:
Cost center/activity type (CSSL/ONR00/ONRKL)
Procedure
- To include the settings in the correction request number specified, choose Include in Correction.
- To remove the settings from the correction request, choose Delete from Correction.
In both cases the system may display a screen on which you can restrict your selection of entries to be transported (by controlling area or chart of accounts, for example).
Examples
Dependencies
If you transport settings for transfer of key figures from the LIS, the associated objects must be transported, too:
- Activity-independent: statistical key figures, cost centers
- Activity-dependent: stat. key figures, cost center/activity type
Transporting cost center/activity type is only necessary when using the function "Transfer activity-dependent key figures from the LIS" and the corresponding settings are to be transferred as well.
Supplementary Documentation - TSUBS 0001
Use
If you select this indicator, the following customizing settings are activated or deactivated in the correction:
- Activation of callup points for validation/substitution in CO (TKAZE)
- Logical rules
- Boolean class
- Corresponding groups
- Programs (XPRA reports)
You are transporting table entries which require specific handling in the target system. For this reason the SAP System includes entries of the type R3TR XPRA <program name> in the correction request. These entries cause the programs to be run in the target system to generate other new programs as replacements for existing programs in the target system. This can cause problems if the programs to be replaced are in productive use in the target system.
You should only run the transport request derived from the correction request if no productive postings are being made in no client in your system. You could run the transport in the evening, for example.
