Definition
Category that specifies how the issuer of the tracking ID is to be interpreted. To uniquely identify a tracking ID, two entries are needed in addition to the tracking ID:
- The ID of the organization that entered this tracking ID
- A category that describes to which type of organization the issuer belongs. The identification of the issuer must be unique within this category.
