Definition
A user group is a group of users who work in similar areas. User group TRV enables you to define dialog control based on such work areas using various features in Travel Management.
The features are:
- TRVFD (Travel fields) field control using T706Z
- TRVCO Dynamic screen setup of coding blocks
- TRVFR Travel request form
- TRVFP Travel planning form
- TRVFE Travel expenses form
Use
The user group TRV is specified for each user under System -> User Profile -> Own Data in the Parameter ID field.
Example
Default values for trip status per user group
- For employees in the expenses department, the default trip status is Trip Approved, To Be Settled.
- For employees entering trips decentrally, the default trip status is only Trip Completed, To Be Settled.
