Definition
Number of calendar days (with 2 decimal places) required for delivering an item from your company to the customer via a certain route.
The maximum value range that is supported amounts to 9999 days.
If the factory calendar of the forwarding agent has not been maintained, the factory calendar of the shipping point is used for delivery and transportation scheduling.
Use
The system uses the transit time from delivery scheduling as well as other time estimates (for example, the loading time) to determine the dates by which the goods must be available for picking, packing, and loading.
