Use

This field is not written to the database.

Use the reference date field to determine the date entries according to the contract specifications of the exchange: for example, the 3rd Friday or the 3rd Wednesday of a month.

You can calculate the following remaining four date fields in relation to this reference date:

• Last trade date
• Delivery day (futures) / Settlement date (options)
• Final settlement date (futures) / Expiration date (options)
• Final due date

Enter +2 in these fields to add 2 days to the reference date.

Enter -1 in these fields to subtract 1 day from the reference date.

Enter 0 to copy the reference date in the relevant field.
