Use
If the indicator has been selected, the invoice receipt indicator of an item with this item category can be overwritten.
Example
In the standard SAP system, invoice receipts are not mandatory in the case of PO items with the item category "standard", although such items will usually involve an invoice receipt. This means that in the standard system the invoice receipt indicator is set in the PO but can be cancelled (e.g. in the case of delivery free of charge).
