Definition

This field contains an abbreviation for the output medium used for a document.

The following values are possible:

  • ' ' -> no output (automatic output is not set)
  • 'D' -> output to the printer stored in the user master data
  • 'F' -> output as fax
  • 'W' -> MS Word (download of the text formatted in SAPScript)
  • 'R' -> MS Word standard letter (download of data source)
  • 'S' -> output onscreen
  • 'T' -> output as telex
  • 'M' -> output per email
