If this indicator is set, then the resources of this type will be considered as rooms.
This means, for example, that the capacity of these resources and resource types is considered when calculating attendee capacity of a business event (booking transactions PP10 and PP12). This is the minimum of the four capacity values for resource, resource type, business event and business event type.
