Definition
This field must contain the K3 factor to be used in the calculation of the employee's Personal Income Tax.
This factor denotes other federal tax credits, such as medical expenses and charitable donations requested by an employee and authorized by the Canada Revenue Agency. CRA district offices can notify employers of the respective K3 amount to be used.
