Use

The sort variants can have an influence on the sequence of correspondence generation.

Example

If several correspondences are output for one partner in a correspondence run, you can, for example, ensure that firstly correspondence for partner A, then partner B, etc. is output.

Further notes

If you choose 'Fax' as the output medium, the fax requests are generated in the order described in 'Example'. However, individual fax requests are involved. You cannot put different fax correspondences for one recipient in a single fax request.
The correspondence log records correspondence in the order it was generated as standard. You can, however, use a display variant to change this (c.f. documentation ABAP List Viewer).
