Use
Default Setting for the Description in the Business Operation Header
You can use this field to set a default description for the business operation in the screen header in the application using the template.
In this way the field forms a relationship between the company code-specific definition of texts (business operations) and the Customizing settings in the template for the payoff.
Prerequisites:
The relevant entries have already been made in the IMG activity Define Company Code-Specific Texts.
Procedure:
In the IMG activity Define Company Code-Specific Texts, you define the business operation descriptions for the application function 400 (payoff) that you want to be selected in the template and subsequently displayed in the header for the payoff, for each company code.
The system now displays the predefined business operation descriptions for selection in the IMG activity Define Templates. The default business operation description set by the template is not final. You can change it at any time provided you are not in the display mode and the business operation has status new or entered. You can choose from any of the possible descriptions by using the F4 input help in the application.

Procedure
In the IMG activity Define Company Code-Specific Texts, define the business operation descriptions for the application function 460 (capital transfer) that you want to be selected in the template and subsequently displayed in the screen header for the capital transfer, for each company code.
The business operation descriptions you have defined are now displayed in a list box and can be selected in the IMG activity Define Templates for the Capital Transfer.
The default business operation description set by the template is not final. You can change it at any time provided you are not in the display mode and the business operation has status new or entered. You can choose from any of the possible descriptions by using the F4 input help in the application.
