Definition

If you enter a language key, the correspondence is created in this language. If not, the correspondence is created in the language defined in the master data of the respective business partner.

Note that the language of the SAPscript formula can be significant if the form language required is not available (c.f. Documentation for SAPscript languages).

Example

You want the transaction confirmation to be created in the business partner's language, 'English'. However, you always want to create the internal dealing slips in German.
You enter the language key 'DE' for the correspondence type 'Dealing slip'.
