Controls whether the system automatically generates tasks for the notification generated when generating a maintenance notification or service notification. The nature of the tasks determined by the system depends on the priority you specify in the maintenance item.

Use

Procedure

Set the indicator if the system should determine tasks when generating a notification.

Define priorities in Customizing and the response profile in response time monitoring as well as the service profile.

Assign the response profile, service profile and priority type to the notification type that is generated from the maintenance plan.
