Documentation
Definition
The column of a service catalog is identified by a two-digit number.
Supplementary Documentation - TARSP 0001
Use
You can specify an alternative column for calculating the price of a service here. The system then uses the value from this column to determine the price of the service.
Note
- The alternative column is related to the combination of service catalog and service which exists on the date of the price determination. Thus, if remapping to a service of another service catalog is set, the column value determined for this is used.
- The value of an alternative column is interpreted either as a currency amount or as a charge factor, depending on the type of column.

Use
The columns are defined for each service catalog. The columns need not be numbered consecutively, i.e. you can simply define the columns '01', '02' and '05'.

Use
If you specify a column here, the system uses the value of this column in the respective service catalog as the base price or charge factor of the service for invoicing. The column specification deactivates the catalog column determination rules.
To which service catalog this column refers depends on whether you also entered an alternative service catalog and an alternative service in the service entry transaction.
- If you did not enter an alternative service catalog and an alternative service, the specified column refers to the service from the in-house service catalog or the service from the billing catalog that is used in accordance with the billing catalog determination rules and service conversion.
- If you specified an alternative service catalog and an alternative service in addition to the column specification, the column value refers to the specified service in the specified service catalog.
Procedure
If you do not want to use the catalog column determination rules to determine the base price or charge factor of the service, enter the number of the required column here.
