Definition
Date on which the WBS element was set to 'technically completed'.
&USE
- If the WBS is a capital investment measure:
- Settlement occurs for the finished installation only when, the WBS element has the status technically completed and the date of technical completion is within the current settlement period or an earlier period.
- The date of technical completion is used as a default for the reference date, if no reference date has been enetered in the settlement rule or any was entered in the settlement.
- If the WBS element has a results analysis key but no revenue indicator,
- The actual costs are only settled when, the WBS element has the status technically completed and the date of technical completion is within the current settlement period or an earlier period.
