Definition
For automatic transfer order creation for transfer requirements or for selected posting change notices you can control how the transfer order creation is to take place. The following options are available:
- The system generates a transfer order for each selected transfer requirement or posting change notice.
- A transfer order is created only for transfer requirements that meet certain criteria (for example, date, time). The criteria are defined in an SAP user exit.
- As in 2) above, but here additionally reference numbers are created to group the transfer orders together for further processing.
The reference number assignment is executed via an SAP user exit. This variant is only appropriate and useful for automatic TO creation for transfer requirements.
If this parameter is set, the system executes variant 3. The content of this field is passed on to the user exit. In this way, different processing types can be activated in the function exit.
