Definition

This parameter controls the database access when reading transfer requirement data during quantity reduction. The reading of transfer requirement data can take place via

• Destination storage bin index
• Material number index
• DATABASE-TABLE-JOIN

The standard default is via the destination storage bin index.

Procedure

If you are experiencing performance difficulties with the standard set up, these may be resolved by changing to an alternative access method. The best access method depends heavily on the individual characteristics of your storage facilities and/or your production supply areas.
