Definition

If the 'Interest per disbursement' indicator is set, the following applies:

If you enter several partial disbursements in the same interest period, the system shows a nominal interest flow for each partial disbursement. This nominal interest flow is calculated from the date of the partial disbursement to the end of the interest period on the basis of the nominal partial disbursement amount.

Example

Loan 1,000,000 USD, Nominal interest rate 12%,
Interest quarterly at end of period
First partial disbursement: 01/01/YY, 100,000 USD
Second partial disbursement: 02/01/YY, 400,000 USD

Flows generated as of 04/01/YY:

  • 'Interest per disbursement' set
    • 3,000 USD interest for the first partial disbursement
      Calculation period 3 months (01/01/YY - 03/31/YY)
    • 8,000 USD interest for the second partial disbursement
      Calculation period 2 months (02/01/YY - 03/31/YY)
  • 'Interest per disbursement' not set
    • 1,000 USD interest for the first partial disbursement
