Logical Component
Definition
A logical component is part of a project. They are assigned to logical systems. A logical component usually corresponds to a product such as SAP-CRM, SAP-APO, SAP-SCM or connected external systems.
Use
The list of logical components is the set of components which a project can access. Several logical components can be assigned to a product for example to:
- distribute business processes
- satisfy the organizational requirements of a company
You can use up to 30 characters for a logical component name.
