Definition
This field contains the authorization for the spool request. Only users with this authorization can display the contents of the spool request.

Use
Procedure
If you wish to protect a spool request from unauthorized access, then you can enter an "authorization string" in this field.
Only users who have the string in their authorization for the Spool Actions authorization object could then access the spool request. And such users can perform only the actions allowed in their Spool Actions authorization.
By convention, authorization strings begin with the two-letter code of an SAP component. The rest of the string is freely selectable.
In the example, "FI" is the code for the book-keeping application. "SECURE" is a freely-selected extension.
Examples
If you enter the authorization string FISECURE in this field, then only users who are have this string in their spool actions authorization will be able to access this spool request.
