Identifier for Integration Engine namespaces

The namespace identifier (logical name) helps with the grouping of namespaces, corresponding tags and tag values.

The transport considers all elements of a namespace identifier and ensures that these can be transported consistently.

Only characters from the syntactical character set are permitted as namespace identifiers (A-Z, 0-9, and some special characters).
