Definition
Indicator that completion of processing of the work item has to be explicitly confirmed by the agent.
You can perform the confirmation after execution of the work item as follows:
- directly after execution from a dialog box
- in the Business Workplace choose Additional functions -> Set to done
The work item is then set to the status completed.
Only work items for which this indicator is set can assume the status executed. When they are in this status, they can be processed repeatedly until the end of processing is confirmed.
