Documentation
Definition
The workflow or task to be started may have an interface. This indicator specifies whether you have already set input data.
You can assign a value to the container elements for which the indicator Import has been set. You must assign a value to those for which the indicator Mandatory is also set. If the container element is multiline, you can assign several values to the container element.

Use
Procedure
If you want to or have to pass input data to the task, choose Input data.
You can then assign initial values (constants and object references) to the container elements of the task container (single-step tasks) or the workflow container (multistep tasks), for which the indicator Import is set. Note that initially only the mandatory import container elements are offered for assignment. To see all import container elements, choose Edit -> Show elements.
