Definition
Indicator denoting that a work item can be forwarded to several agents.
You can specify the user directly or determine them using Organizational Management. To do this, you can define that all users assigned to a particular organizational unit, job, position or work center should be allowed to execute the step.

Use
Procedure
To forward a work item, select Forward ad hoc. Then identify the agent with type and ID.
Only if the indicator Forward to several agents is set, will you then be asked whether you want to forward the work item to other agents.
