Definition
Shows the maximum amount in local currency up to which inventory differences are allowed.
Use
If the value of the difference for all items is smaller than or equal to the specified threshold value, the document is posted in the background.
If an item manifests a greater difference, the system initially branches to a selection screen. On the selection screen, the items are suggested as follows:
- Items in respect of which the value of the difference is smaller than or equal to the threshold value are preselected.
- Items in respect of which the value of the difference is greater than the threshold value are not preselected. You can select the items manually if you want to post the differences for these items too.
Do not enter a value here if you can choose the items for which adjustment postings are to be made on the selection screen.
Enter a threshold value if you want to post the differences in the background and only wish to investigate larger differences.

Use
Physical inventory items for which the difference quantity is greater than or equal to the threshold value are proposed for recounting.
Physical inventory items for which the difference quantity is smaller than the threshold value are not marked on the selection list. You can mark these items manually if they are to be recounted, too.
Procedure
Enter a threshold value if you want to recount only items with greater inventory differences.
Enter no threshold value if you want to recount all items of the physical inventory document.

Use
If the difference value of an item is greater than or equal to the specified threshold value, this item will be displayed in the list.
Enter a value if you only wish to select items over a particular threshold value.
Do not enter a value if you wish to select all items.
