Definition
Events are stored on a persistent basis in the event queue. You can set whether events are to be deleted after delivery from the event queue. If the delivered events are not deleted, the indicator delivered is set for them.
If delivered events are not deleted, you can still view them even after delivery. You should delete delivered events in production systems in order to accelerate the processing of undelivered events.
