Definition

Here you specify the number of events to be read per read access to the event queue.

The appropriate values for this setting depend on the type of the event delivery. The standard values refer to a sequential delivery of events and an asynchronous call of receivers (via tRFC). The system must be able to process the quantity of RFC or tRFC calls that arise. Larger quantities are possible with RFC calls than with tRFC calls.
