Documentation
Message recipient for completion of a step
Within a step definition you can specify a recipient who receives a message when the processing of the step is completed.
The recipient does not have to be a single user in the system. It can include several users.
The message recipient for completion is notified by mail when the relevant work item (for example workflow work item or dialog work item) is set to status completed.
The notification text is defined within the task underlying the step.
Choose the type:
- Role
- Rule
- Organizational Management object
(organizational unit, job, position, work center, user)
- Expression
(container element in workflow container)
Use the F4 input help, in particular when entering an expression, and pay attention to the color legend.
Caution: The color legend only gives information about whether the element or expression can be used after formal checking. You must ensure that the allocation is correct yourself.
