Definition
The workflow system administrator is specified in this input field.
Use
To specify the "global" workflow system administrator, choose an object of organizational management (organizational unit, job, position, work center, user).
Then specify the workflow system administrator by making an approprite entry in the input field.
Neither changes to the basic data or the Custimizing setting nor organizational reassignments have any effect on workflows that have already been started.

Use
The workflow system administrator is preset as part of the administration data for the Workflow Builder. The setting applies to all workflow definitions for which nothing is specified to the contrary.

You must specify a standard workflow system administrator as an Organizational Management object (organizational unit, job, position, work center, user).

- Objekt des Organisationsmanagements
(Organisationseinheit, Stelle, Planstelle, Arbeitsplatz, Benutzer)
- Ausdruck
(Containerelement des Workflow-Containers)
Verwenden Sie insbesondere zur Eingabe eines Ausdrucks die F4-Eingabehilfe, und beachten Sie dort die Farblegende.
Achtung: Die Farblegende gibt nur Auskunft darüber, ob das Element oder der Ausdruck nach formaler Prüfung verwendet werden darf. Achten Sie selbst auf die inhaltliche Richtigkeit der Zuweisung.
Beim Start eines Workflow führt das Workflow-System folgendes aus:
- Das Workflow-System ermittelt aus den Grunddaten der Workflow-Definition oder - wenn in den Grunddaten nicht vorhanden - aus der Customizing-Einstellung den Systemadministrator für diesen Workflow.
- Das Workflow-System löst ggf. die Regel auf und wertet die organisatorischen Verknüpfungen aus.
- Das Workflow-System schreibt den oder die gefundenen Systemadministratoren für Workflow als Benutzer in die Kopfdaten des erzeugten Workflow.
Sowohl Änderungen der Grunddaten oder der Customizing-Einstellung als auch organisatorische Um- und Neubesetzungen haben keine Auswirkungen mehr auf bereits gestartete Workflows!
