Definition

The possibility to suppress the display of nodes in the standard workflow log or in the graphical workflow log.

Use

If this indicator is set, all steps of the branch that follow the outcome are not displayed in the graphical workflow log.

If this indicator is set for all active outcomes of a step, all subsequent steps are not displayed in the graphical workflow log. The display of the graphical workflow log ends at this step.

Use

If the option Not in the workflow log is selected, this step is not displayed in the standard view of the workflow log and in the graphical workflow log. All steps can always be seen in the technical view.

Steps that do not generate any work items (for example, a container operation or condition) are never displayed in the standard view and also cannot be switched to visible.

If the option If condition 'Complete Work Item' true not in the log is selected, this step is only displayed in the graphical workflow log provided that the condition Complete Work Item added to the tab page Conditions is not fulfilled. The condition of the steps affected is evaluated for every display of the graphical workflow log.
