Definition
Workflow level for which the organization objects of the organization model are to carry out the release (organization objects can be, for example, organizational units or positions). Enter one for the first level, two for the second level, and so on.
The level is set within the workflow by a separate task (for multilevel workflows, the level is usually increased by one when a clerk approves the release).
Example
Within the predefined two level amount release workflow WS10000052, as part of the clerk determination for the first clerk, the system tries to evaluate the organization object for level 1 (if the amount limits are relevant).
For the second clerk, the system tries to evaluate the organization object for the second level.
If no suitable level has been maintained in Customizing, the system tries to evaluate organization objects for the level with the blank entry.
