Use
Procedure
You may not enter a status directly in this field, either when creating or when changing a maintenance notification. The status is always set by the system after you have carried out the appropriate function (for example, printing or concluding a maintenance notification).
If you want to view the texts that correspond to the status abbreviations, call up the menu Notifications -> Functions -> Display status.
