Indicates the time and date before which the system considers blocked certificates issued by the given issuer for the given subject.
Time and date are according to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
Use
This value is used to set the threshold for blocking certificates from a given issuer for a given subject issued before the threshold time and date.
Dependencies
Example
For an issuer CN=Example,O=Example with the subject CN=Example, OU=Example,C=Example Company an administrator blocks all certificates issued before 2010-12-31 11:59:59. Certificates issued for the Example Company from the Example issuer would be valid only if they were issued in the year 2011 or later.
